We allow order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase as long as the test kit has not been packed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still refer to our Refund Policy for available options.


Subscriptions / Recurring Billing

HomeDiagnosticsHub.com does not currently offer subscriptions or recurring billing for test kits.

If we introduce subscription services in the future, customers will be able to cancel at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.


Processing Time

All cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received.

You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation has been completed.
